部分引进优质小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基的组成研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过 SDS- PAGE聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析了从国内外引进的 2 3个优质小麦材料的高分子量谷蛋白亚基组成。研究表明 ,大多数品系 (种 )都具有优质亚基 :5 +10 ,其中还有 1个品系具有 5 +12优质新亚基。在所分析的材料中 ,还出现了一些少见的特殊亚基 :6 +7+8、6 * +8、4+5 +12、2 +12 +5 +10。本文对利用引进优质小麦材料改良我省小麦品质的策略进行了分析和讨论。 The composition of high molecular weight glutenin subunit(HMW-GS) of twenty-three wheat material were studied with the method of SDS-polyacrylamide gel electropherogram. The studies showed most wheat lines had quality subunits:5+10,one of which had new quality subunit:5+12. In lines of analysis some special subunits: 6+7+8?6 *+8?4+5+12?2+12+5+10 were also found. The strategy of using introduced quality wheat to GuiZhou's wheat quality was also discussed.
