摘要
通过测定牛初乳的含盐量,与添加0.25%食盐的常乳进行比较,找到了利用消耗硝酸银的毫升数定性判定初乳中是否添加食盐的方法。
Comparing with the milk which is added 0.25 percent sait ,by examing the sail content in bovine coloatrum,we have found the way to qualitatively judge if colostrun is added with sait by analyzing the content of nitrate silver of it.
