Progressive and Diversified Setup of Community Policing Model in Our Country

对于我国社区警务模式的建构,一是要弄清其在目前集合性警务模式中的地位,二是要弄清其对我国社会转型期社区发展的依赖性,三是要弄清现行公安体制和中国传统警务思想对其构建的规定性。我国社区警务模式建构要遵循渐进发展和多样并存的内在要求。

As far as the setup of community policing model in our country is concerned, we should firstly make out its position in the collective policing model, secondly make out its dependence on community development during the period of transformation, thirdly make out its stipulation imposed by the current public security system and Chinese traditional policing ideology. The setup of community policing model in our country should follow the inherent progressive and diversified demand.
