A Reflection on the Joint of Community Policing, Responsibility Criminal Team and Reticulation Patrol

上海公安机关为适应新形势需要,相继推出社区警务、责任区刑队和网格民警改革新举措。但三者之间缺乏协调机制,未形成有机结合的统一体,警力的整体优势未能充分显现。

In order to adapt to the new situation, Shanghai public security organ has successively put forth new measures of community policing, responsibility criminal team and reticulation police. However the three parties lack of ccordinative mechanism, not yet forming integrally combined unity, and the overall superiority of the police force has not been given a play.
