Modest Proposal for the Green Traffic Concept in Zhengzhou

通过对可持续发展概念的介绍和城市绿色交通理念的论述,逐步阐述了城市发展绿色交通的重要性和紧迫性;借鉴国内外城市交通建设的先进经验,应用城市规划、需求分析、系统工程等原理,对郑州市现有的交通状况以及存在问题进行分析并提出解决方案。

Through the introduction of the sustained development concepts and the exposition of the green city traffic concepts, the author expounds the importance and urgency of the green traffic for city development. This thesis carefully uses the advanced experiences of the other cities at home and abroad, and gives a solution to Zhengzhou's present traffic situations and existed problems by applying fundamentals of city plan, requirement analysis and systematic engineering and so on. The author specially emphasizes that the development of public traffic is the most important task for the realization of the city-sustained development. The thesis is aimed at being of great benefits for increasingly worsened traffic situations of Zhengzhou city.
