摘要
着重研究柔性基础上机械系统的被动隔振和吸振综合控制。探讨复杂激励力作用下 ,被动综合系统的功率流传递特性 ;以注入主振系或基础结构的净功率流为最终控制目标 ,提出了主隔振系统和吸振结构分级优化设计策略 ,即 :首先 ,优化设计主隔振系统的结构参数 ,使主振系的固有频率向低频区集聚 ;然后 ,优化设计吸振结构参数 ,使系统功率流在激励频率覆盖区内的峰值最小。
Passive synthetic control of isolation and absorption vibration of machine system mounted on flexible foundation is studied in this paper.For the system excited by complex forces,discussed is the transfer characteristic of the power flow input.Furthermore,raised is the optimal design strategy by different levels of main vibration system and dynamic vibration absorbers.That is,the first is to optimize the structural parameters of main isolation system to converge all of natural frequencies to ward low frequency band,and the second is to optimize the structural parameters of dynamic vibration absorbers to minimize the power flows of the system in the control frequency band mantled by excitation frequency.
