浅议图书馆知识管理中的产业化经营

Talking about Industrialized Operation of Library in Knowledge Management

作为信息产业重要组成部分的现代图书馆,引入知识管理,对知识资源进行优化配置,并实行产业化运作,必然会产生有别于传统图书馆的特点和核心竞争能力。文章在对产业化图书馆的知识运作进行简单分析的基础上,提出了建设过程中应注意的事项。

As the important part of information industry, the library has introduced the knowledge management, made optimized configuration for knowledge resources, and practiced industrialized operation, which inevitably produce the features and kernel competitive power of being different from that of the traditional library. This paper puts forward some matters needing attention in the course of construction of industrialized library based on brief analysis on the knowledge operation of industrialized library.
