1991年2月25日新疆柯坪县境内发生了 M_s 6.5 地震,这是大陆今年发生的第一次 M_s≥6.0的地震,本文对这次地震的基本情况以及震前的抗震防灾和震后的救灾情况作了介绍。
An earthquake with Ms 6.5 occurred on February 25,1991 in Keping County,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,which was the first earthquake with Ms≥6.0 that occurred on the mainland in this year.The paper gives a description of the fundamental situation of the earthquake,outlines the work of earthquake resistance and disaster preparedness before- hand and the work of disaster relief after the quake.
