摘要
介绍了WTO的有关概念,特别是《信息技术协定》的主要内容,提出尽快培养真正懂得WTO运行规则的专业科技人才的建议。
This paper introduces some relative concepts of WTO, especially the main contents of 《Information Technology Agreement》, and puts forward the suggestion of training special sci-tech talents truly understanding the running regulations of WTO as soon as possible.
