四合木(Tetraena Mongolica Maxim.)自然更新及就地保护途径的研究

A Study on the Natural Renewal and on-site Conservation of Tetraena Mongolica Maxim

通过对天然条件下四合木开花结实情况及自然更新情况的调查和补种对比实验及补肥补水等实验,结合有关四合木保护生物学的研究成果,探讨了四合木自然更新的可能性.同时结合西鄂尔多斯国家级自然保护区的实际情况提出了采取积极围栏保护方式和其他辅助措施为其种子向幼苗转化提供就地保护的有效途径.通过对四合木9个10m×10m样方的观测,比较研究了四合木在自然更新、消极围栏保护和积极围栏保护三种情况下的种群状况.消极围栏保护可缓解人为因素对四合木种群的影响,但无法有效促进四合木种群的更新;积极围栏保护(围栏+补水补肥)可以有效保护四合木种群,是对四合木进行就地保护的有效途径.

The possibility of natural renewal of Tetraena Mongolica Maxim is studied by investigating its living in nature,making comparative experiments of reseeding and supplementing water and fertilizer,and using the findings about conservation for reference.According to the practical situation in the national nature preservation zone in Western ErDuosi,an effective way to give on-site conservation for T.Mongolica from seeds to seedling is introduced.It is positive conservation by corral (corral+supplementing water and fertilizer).There are nine sample spots of T.Mongolica which is as large as 10m ×10m in three different conditions.By observing the sample spots,the population state of T.Mongolica under the situation of natural renewal,negative conservation by corral,and positive conservation by corral are studied.The result shows that compared with negative conservation by corral,positive conservation by corral can not only mitigate man′s influence,but also accelerate the renewal effectively.
