摘要
本文以1990年4月26日青海共和6.9级地震震害现场调查资料和大量实际数据,对不同房屋类型、不同烈度区及不同人口密度区所遭受的震害进行了归纳总结。采用抽样与普查相结合、直接调查与间接调查相结合的方法,对此次地震造成的经济损失进行了评估,得出了本次地震造成的经济损失为7792万元。在此过程中提出了相应的评估方法和措施,并在研究本次地震灾害经济损失规律的基础上,提出了减灾防灾的相应对策。
Based on the data of on-the-spot investigation of disaster caused by the Gonghe earthquake of April 26,1990 and great amount of other practical data,this paper summa- rizes the earthquake disaster suffered by houses of different types,caused by different seismic intensities and in differently populated areas.In the paper,economic losses caused from the Gonghe earthquake are evaluated by using the methods combining sampling survey with general survey and direct investigation with indirect investigation,finally works out the economic losses caused from this earthquake as 77.92 million yuan.It also points out some appropriate methods and measures of evaluation,and also points out some appropriate measures for disaster reduction and disaster preparedness on the basis of studying the regularities of economic losses caused by earthquake disasters.
