摘要
为了消除水电站调峰对下游河道供水、灌溉、生态环境、航运等方面的不利影响 ,充分发挥河流梯级开发的综合利用效益 ,需要在调峰水电站的下游布置反调节工程。本文针对反调节工程的特点和作用 ,根据边际分析理论 ,提出了在不同情况下反调节工程的国民经济评价和财务评价方法 ,并给出实际算例。
A reregulating reservoir is need to be built downstream by peak modulation power station in order to eliminate the disadvantages caused by peak modulation on water supply, irrigation, entironment and sail of the lower reach, further more make better use of cascade power stations. According to its characteristics and functions, an economic evaluation and financial analysis method of reregulating reservoir in different cases was put forward in this paper based on marginal analysis theory. An example is also given in the paper.
