摘要
为降低烘干机的能耗 ,设计了双仓串流式谷物烘干机。该机主要由热风炉、引风机、干燥仓、提升机等部件组成。干燥仓由干料仓和湿料仓串联而成。热风相继穿过较干物料层和较湿物料层 ,热能得到充分地利用。生产试验表明 ,与现有中小型单仓横流循环式烘干机相比 ,节能效果明显 ,物料烘干均匀 ,适合农民使用。
In order to reduce energy consumes of grain drier,this paper designs a kind of the double-storehouse series-airflow-type grain drier.It mainly consists of hot air stove,fan,doublestorehouse,vertical conveyer,etc.The double-storehouse consists of a dry-material storehouse and a moist-material storehouse.Hot air passes through the dry-material layer and the moist-material layer one after another.The hot energy is fully used.The producing experiments have shown that it is effective to save energy.Dried material is uniform in moisture content.It is suitable for farmer to operate.
