本文从节本增效、农机驾驶、农机事故、农机监理四个方面与农机培训的关系出发 ,着重剖析农机驾驶特征因素对农机安全生产的内在约束机理 ,从而论证了农机驾驶员参加培训的必要性。

This paper focuses on the relationship between farm machinery training and the four factors of cost-savings and profit enhancement, agricultural implements operation ,farming machine accidents, and farming machine supervision. The inherent constraint mechanism of the characteristic factors of agricultural implements operation on safety farm machine operation is analyzed in detail, thus proved the necessity of training on the operators.
