摘要
在简要说明黄河断流严重程度的基础上,分析了黄河断流的主要原因及断流所造成的严重后果,提出了解决黄河断流的四条途径,即开源、节流、跨流域调水及建立黄河流域水资源利用动态调控模型,进行人工调控,在对这些途径进行比较分析的基础上,阐述了建立黄河流域水资源利用动态调控模型的必要性及重要性,最后论述了建模原理与方法及其若干宏观战略决策。
This paper is based on the analysis of the cause and effect of cutting off the water supply in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,and has discussed either the importance and necessity or it's principle and methods of constructing the Yellow River's waterusing model,and then for this reason some suggestions are advanced.
