摘要
现有的技术定价方法很多 ,其中市场法因其反映了技术商品的市场供求关系而受到重视 .为了解决市场法所涉及到的技术比较和比价关系确定这两个关键问题 ,提出两阶段技术定价方法 .首先通过系统聚类的方法在众多的技术样本中选择与被评估技术最为相似的技术 ,进而依据技术间技术经济指标系数的比较来确定比价关系和被评估技术的价格 .这样就可以准确的依据被评估技术和已有的技术样本间的内在联系来准确的定价 .通过理论分析和实际应用 。
One of technology pricing methods is the market method, which has gained much attention because it reflects the supply and demand of technology products. The two stage technology pricing method is proposed to resolve the two problems of technical evaluation and price evaluation. At the beginning, the technology most closely related to the technology being evaluated is selected from many similar technical samples, thus the price evaluation and the price of technology being evaluated are determined on the basis of technical economy index coefficients among technologies, and furthermore, proper pricing can be achieved. The feasibility of this method is confirmed through theoretic analysis and practical application.
