湘鄂渝黔边少数民族聚居区山寨经济发展的思考

Development of Village Economy of XiangEYuQian Regions Where Minority Nationalities Live in Compact Communities

山寨经济是少数民族边远山区民族经济发展的重要途径。本文分析了湘鄂渝黔边发展山寨经济存在的市场观念淡薄、生产技术落后、生产经济条件较差等问题,认为湘鄂渝黔边山寨经济发展的对策是:根据其地理条件和资源优势,树立生态先导观,大力调整产业结构,探索发展山寨特色经济和优势产业,变资源优势为经济优势,加快扶贫致富的步伐。

Village economy is the important way to develop the national economy in the minority natimality areas.In the paper, the author points out the following three problems existihng in the development of village economy in the XiangEYuQian Regions:the first is the faint market idea;the second is the backward technology of production; the third is the poor productive economic conditions.Author's opinion,the regions,according to their geographical conditions and advantage or natural resources, must have the idea of ' Ecology the First',try to readjust the structure of production,explore the ways of develop the economy with distinctive village feature and the superior industry, turn the advantage of resources into the advangage of economy,and speed up the aidthe poor to become rich programme.
