摘要
目的 评价丝裂霉素 C( m itomycin C,MMC)在激光泪道成形术中的作用。方法 将 6 0例 71眼泪道阻塞患者随机分为 2组 ,对照组 31例 36眼行常规激光泪道成形术 ,术毕应用典必殊眼膏填充泪道 ;MMC组 2 9例 35眼于激光泪道成形术后应用 0 .2 5 g· L- 1 MMC 5 m in后 ,应用典必殊眼膏填充泪道等与对照组条件相同 ,术后随访 3～ 15月 ,观察泪道通畅情况等指标。结果 MMC组手术成功率为88.6 % ,显著高于对照组 6 9.4% ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 0 .2 5 g·L- 1 MMC可有效减少激光术后泪道瘢痕的形成 ,提高激光泪道成形术的成功率。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of mitomycin C(MMC) in laser lacryocystoplasty.MethodsSixty patients(71 eyes) with obstruction of lacrimal passage were randomly divided into MMC group and control group.In MMC group, 29 cases (35 eyes) firstly applied 0.25g·L -1 MMC for 5 minutes and then filled up TobraDex ointment. In control group, 31 cases (36 eyes) didn't apply MMC. All patients were followed up for 3~15 months. ResultsThe success rate of operation was 88.6% in MMC group and 69 4% in control group (P<0.05).ConclusionMMC (0 25g·L -1) can effectively inhibit the scar formation, thus providing a higher successful rate of laser lacryocystoplasty.
