玻璃体切割取出眼球壁异物

Extraction of intra-and sub-retinal foreign bodies by vitrectomy

目的 评价玻璃体切割联合眼内异物取出术治疗眼球壁异物的效果。方法 回顾性分析 1998年 9月～ 2 0 0 2年3月经玻璃体手术治疗眼球壁异物 2 9例 2 9眼的临床资料。结果 2 8眼成功取出异物 ,成功率为 96 .6 % .术后视力提高 2 1眼 ( 72 .4% ) ,不变 5眼 ( 17.3% ) ,下降 3眼 ( 10 .3% )。术后 1个月视力 >0 .0 2者 2 2眼 ( 75 .9% ) ,其中≥ 0 .1者 6眼( 2 0 .7% )。结论 玻璃体切割术可有效取出眼球壁异物 ,减少并发症发生 ,提高术后视力 ,同时可处理眼内异物存留的并发症。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of vitrectomy for ocular trauma with intra- and sub-retinal foreign bodies. MethodsClinical records of 29 patients(29 eyes)of penetrating ocular injuries with intra- and sub-retinal foreign bodies treated by vitreous surgery in a period from September 1998 to March 2002 were analysed retrospectively.ResultsThe foreign bodies of 28 eyes were extracted successfully(96.6%). Visual acuity was improved in 21 eyes(72 4%),no changed in 5 eyes(17.3%)and decreased in 3 eyes(10.3%).One month after the operation, visual acuity was 0.02 or better in 22 eyes(75.9%),0.1 or better in 6 eyes(20.7%).ConclusionVitrectomy is favorable for the extraction of intra- and sub-retinal foreign bodies, the increase of postoperative vision ,the decrease of complication and the management of complications.
