摘要
视网膜母细胞瘤 ( retinoblastoma,RB)是婴幼儿最常见的眼内恶性肿瘤 ,一直被认为是研究肿瘤遗传学和肿瘤发病机理的理想模式。 RB基因是人类第一个被分离的抑癌基因。随着研究的进展 ,通过对 RB发病机理分子生物学深入的理解 ,将有可能为有效防治疾病提供新的思路。我们着重对 RB基因突变的分析、最新的分子生物学检测技术及RB发病机理研究作一综述。
Retinoblastoma (RB), a common pediatric eye malignant tumor, has been considered as an ideal model to study the genetics and pathology to cancer. The RB gene functions as the first tumor suppressor by controlling progression through the cell cycle. With the development of studies, a better understanding of the molecular pathogenesis of retinoblastoma may find a new method to treat and prevent the disease more effectively. So we summarize the advanced researches of the analysis of RB gene mutation, the detective methods and the mechanisms of RB differentiation and apoptosis.
