摘要
目的 :建立好得快气雾剂中利多卡因和醋酸氯己定的含量测定方法。方法 :采用褶合光谱法 ,不经分离同时测定两组分的含量。结果 :利多卡因和醋酸氯己定的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为 99.45 %、1.3 4%和 10 0 .3 %、0 .87%。结论 :该法准确、简便。
Objective:To establish a method for determining Lidocaine and Chlorhexidine Acetate in SPEEDY Aerosol. Methods:The convolution spectrum methods was applied to the quantitative determination of the two components without separation. Results:The average recovery was 99.45% and RSD was 1.34% for Lidocaine,the average recovery was 100.3% and RSD was 0.87% for Chlorhexidine Acetate.Conclusions:The method is accuracy,simple and rapid.
