摘要 【目的】 测定注意缺陷、多动障碍 (ADHD)儿童血浆中 β 内啡肽 (β EP)水平的变化 ,为临床有效治疗和实验室诊断ADHD提供理论依据。 【方法】 采用随机整群抽样的方法调查 1~ 6年级学生 183 7人 ,用ICD 10诊断标准共确诊ADHD患儿 2 5名。采用放射免疫分析法测定正常配对组和ADHD组儿童血浆 β EP水平。  【结果】 ADHD组患儿血中 β EP水平低于正常配对组。  【结论】 β EP水平不足可能是ADHD患儿发病的原因之一。 To measure the beta endorphin plasma level changes in children suffered from Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD),provide theoretical basis to efficient diagnose and treat of children with ADHD. 1 837 randomly samples of grade 1~6 in primary school,among them,25 children were ADHD(ICD 10 standard).Radioimmunoassay techniques were used to measure the levels of β EP in plasma. The plasma levels of beta endorphin in ADHD groups were significantly lower than the normal controls. [Conclusions] It seems that lower beta endorphin levels plays a role in the pathogenesis of ADHD.
