基于VFP和VB应用模型所开发的罪犯档案管理系统,采用了Windows API接口和OLE自动化服务的Createobject()方法,分析了该系统所衍生的多媒体数据的多态性。该系统在后台设计实现了嵌入式TTS语音合成技术及嵌入第三方控件、外挂第三方程序实体的方法,完成了对罪犯的声音、图像、视频等样本数据进行有效的采集和处理。软件测试表明:系统状态稳定,响应速度无明显时延,为说明问题,文末给出了一个应用Windows API接口外挂第三方声音采样程序的示例。

Based on VFP and VB, this paper introduces a management system on archives of criminals, and analyzes the multimedia data with multi -form made from it. This system adopts Windows API and Createobject() of OLE automation, design and allows a method that inset TTS or add program of third party in background, accomplishes effective gathering and processing of the data of criminal on voice, graphic, video etc. by testing on software. The practice indicates that system shows stabilization and freedom of time lag on that respond to velocity. The paper presents an example on adding program of third party to gathering voice with Windows API finally.
