窒息胎鼠血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂及其抑制物的变化

Changes of Tissue-type Plasminogen Activator and Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor Activity in Plasma of Asphyxial Fetal Mice Embryo

摘要 目的 探讨窒息对胎鼠血浆中组织型纤溶酶原激活剂 (t- PA)及其抑制物 (PAI)活性的影响。 方法 通过“延迟剖宫产术”致胎鼠宫内窘迫 ,实验分 5个组 :空白对照组、窒息 15 m in组、窒息 30 m in组、窒息 15 m in复氧 30 m in组、窒息 30 min复氧 30 min组。分别测试各组血浆 t- PA和 PAI的活性。 结果 窒息后 t- PA活性升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,窒息后复氧 PAI活性升高 (P<0 .0 1)。 Objective\ To observe the changes of the activity of tissue\|type plasminogen activator(t\|PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI) in blood plasma of fetal mice after asphyxia.\ Methods\ Asphyxia was induced in mouse embryo by performing a 'delayed cesarean section'.\ The experiment was designed to detect the activity of t\|PA and PAI in control group and 4 asphycxia groups.\ Results\ The activity of t\|PA increased after asphyxia(P<0 05) and the activity of PAI increased after reoxygenation(P<0 01).\ Conclusion\ Asphyxia led to the changes of fibrinolytic activity in blood plasma.\;
