年龄、性别因素对大鼠Morris水迷宫测试成绩的影响

Effect of Sex and Age on the Morris Water Maze Memory Performance of Rats

目的 评估 Morris水迷宫测试中 SD大鼠的年龄、性别因素对测试成绩的影响。 方法 采用不同年龄、性别 SD大鼠在自制 Morris水迷宫上测试其逃避潜伏期 ;运用 SPSS统计软件包分析测试成绩。 结果 1.5月龄不同性别大鼠的逃避潜伏期 (5天均值 )有差别 ,雄性大鼠的逃避潜伏期低于雌性大鼠。同性别大鼠中雄性 2 4～ 2 5月龄组逃避潜伏期与 1.5月龄组及 13～ 14月龄组差别有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,1.5月龄组及 13～ 14月龄组间差别无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。雌性 2～ 3月龄组与 1.5月龄组间差别有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 年龄、性别因素可影响

Objective\ To investigate the effect of the sex and age on Morris water maze memory performance of rats.\ Methods\ Rats of different sex and age were used in Morris maze.\ The escape latency was analysis by statistical package for the social science(SPSS).\ Results\ There were differences in rats of different sex or different age.\ Conclusion\ For the Morris water maze performance, factors as sex and age of rats should be under estimation.\;
