脱硫铁水罐罐口结渣清除措施的研究与应用

Study & Application of Measures Eliminating Slag Build-up On the Edge of Hot Metal Desulphurizing Tank

分析了武钢一炼钢厂脱硫铁水罐罐口结渣清除困难的原因 ,对简便的渣线清除措施进行了探讨 ,提出了采用渣线小修料降低清渣难度的具体措施 ;根据脱硫铁水罐的实际工作条件 ,分析了渣线小修料的性能要求 ,进行了系统的工业性试验 ,取得了优良的试验结果 ,并在实际生产中推广应用 ,获得了良好的节能与降低生产成本的效果。

The causes affecting eliminating the build-up of slag on the edge of the hot metal desulphurizing tank are analyzed and convenient measures for removing the clinker are discussed and the practical method for relieving the extent of difficulties in slag elimination by utilization of the slagline repairing material is put forward.Based on the working conditions of the hot metal tank the property requirements for the slag line repairing meterial are analyzed and industrial scale tests systematically conducted and excellent results achieved.In popularization and application of this method in the normal production energy saving and cost reduction have been realized.
