摘要
用于制备超纯优质金属材料的精细冶金不断地发展 ,近期电渣冶金的进展令人瞩目。高压电渣重熔 (PESR) ;真空电渣重熔 (VarESR)使重熔金属质量达到高纯水平。电渣热封顶 (ESHT)生产巨型钢锭具有技术与经济上的潜在优势。文中还评价了快速电渣重熔 (ESRR)和电渣复合 (ESCladding)等新技术。
The fine metallurgy for preparation of the metalic material with super high puri ty and excellent quality is advancing rapidly and the electro-slag metallurgy i s particularly experiencing an amazing resurrection.With the development of pres surized Electro-slag Remelting (PESR) and Vacuum Electro-slag Remelting (VarES R) the quality of the remelted metal has been raised to a very high level in res pect of purity.In teeming the heavy gauge ingot the electro-slag hot-topping ( ESHT) shows great potential economic and technical advantages.The present paper also reviews such a few new technologies as the electro-rapid remelting and ele ctro-slag cladding.
