常规铸造和快速凝固Al-Ti、Al-Ti-La合金的组织比较 被引量:2

DIFFERENCE OF MICROSTRUCTURE BETWEEN CAST AND RAPIDLY SOLIDIFIED AL-TI、AL-TI-LA ALLOY

摘要 在常规铸造中 ,合金以接近平衡组织凝固 ,快速凝固技术由于很高的冷却速度 ,扩大了固溶极限 ,抑制平衡相的形成。在Al-Ti合金中 ,随着过冷度的增加 ,相选择的顺序是 :Al3Ti→Al4 Ti→过饱和α -Al。在Al-Ti-La合金中 ,随着过冷度的增加 ,相选择的顺序是 :Al3Ti+Al2 0 Ti2 La→Al4 Ti+Al2 0 Ti2 La→Al2 0 Ti2 La→过饱和α -Al。 In normal cast, alloy forms balanced phase in solidification process, while in rapid solidification (TRS), having large undercooling and high solidified speed, it can forms serials of important structures, such as enlarge limited solubility of α-Al and restrain balanced phase. In Al-Ti alloy, phase selection is Al 3Ti→Al 4Ti→α-Al, while in Al-Ti-La alloy is Al 3Ti+ Al 20 Ti 2La→Al 4Ti+ Al 20 Ti 2La→Al 20 Ti 2La→α-Al with undercooling increased.
