本文从我国中小企业生存现状及入世的大环境出发,提出了一种适合中小企业发展的新的工业联盟方式——中小企业动态联盟,并分别具体提出了核心企业及联盟成员企业建造适合该模式的基于ERP的CIMS解决方案和一些建议及注意事项。

Basing on Chinese small & middle enterprise surviving condition and the background of China' s going into WTO, this article brings out a new suitable industry alliance mode for the devolopment of small & middleenterprise--dynamic alliance of small & middle enterprise. And this article specifies kernel enterprise' s &member enterprise' s realizing mode, CIMS scheme base on ERP and some advices.
