摘要
为了改进气辅注射注气控制系统的性能,本文在传统的PID控制中引入了模糊控制,开发了一种数字模糊PID控制器。该控制器特别适合于那些难以建立精确数学模型,非线性和大滞后的过程。而且控制系统能获得良好的动态特性。本文详述了模糊控制器的设计、PID控制器的设计以及结合这两种控制器优点的数字模糊PID控制器的设计。
In order to improve the performance of the gas pressure control system of gas assisted injection molding machine, we have incorporated the fuzzy control into the conventional PID control and developed a digital fuzzy PID controffer. This controffer has good dynamic characteristics and is especially suitable for the control of the nonlinear and large lag processes whose exact mathematical models are hard to establish. In this paper, we present in detail the design of the fuzzy controller, PID controller and the digital fuzzy - PID controller which has the advantages of both of the fuzzy controller and PID controller.
