汽化冷却在竖炉烘干床及导风墙水梁上的应用

摘要 论述了水冶竖炉工艺生产过程中 ,上部烘干床及下部导风墙大水梁 ,在长期处于高温重负荷的环境下 ,其使用寿命、安全性、可靠性和冷却效果与安装特点有极大的关系。汽化冷却系统的应用 ,大大改善了烘干床及导风墙大水梁的可靠性 。 Becaus of the high temperature and heavy loading operation enviroment,the life-time,safety,stability,and cooling effect of water beams for shaft furnace drying bed and wind guiding wall were largely related to its installation cha racteristics.The application of evaporative cooling technique was largely improved the stability and extended the life-time of water beams.
