摘要
通过焊补、喷涂等手段修复带冷机台车的变形和磨损以及局部更换台车零部件等 ,可使大修中更换下来的旧台车恢复原有的技术性能 ,延长其使用寿命。此举不仅能节省备件费用 ,缩短台车制作周期 ,还能提高台车利用率 。
Some old pallets of straight cooler could be repaired by welding and spraying process to recover their original technological property. By repair and reuse of the old cooling pallet,the pallet lifetime was extend to more than two years and obvious benefit has been obtained in JIGANG №1.sintering plant.
