摘要
采用MSC .Marc Autoforge 3 .1三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元软件对Φ2 3 0mm合金钢热连轧过程进行了有限元模拟仿真 ,分析了轧辊转速变化引起张力变化对轧件应力、应变、温度分布、轧制力能参数变化以及轧件宽展等的影响 。
The hot continuous rolling of Φ230 mm alloy steel round bar has been simulated by three dimensional thermo\|mechanical coupled elastoplastic finite element method (FEM) of MSC.Marc/Autoforge 3.1 to precisely analyze the effect of tension change caused by roll speed change on billet stress, strain, temperature distribution, spread, rolling force and torque, and it is available to correctly establish the tension schedule of alloy steel round bar continuous rolling.
