摘要
制备的酸洗促进剂可以提高酸液对硅钢板氧化皮的去除能力 ,加快酸洗速度 ,使带钢运行速度由 2 5m min提高到 3 5m min ,降低酸耗 3 5 % ,改善酸洗环境 。
The prepared acid pickling accelerant is available to speed removing iron scale of silicon steel in acid liquor and acid pickling efficiency make strip running speed up to 35 m/min from 25 m/min, reduce consumption of hydrochloric acid by 35%, improve environment of operation area and increase surface quality of acid pickled silicon steel plate.
