摘要
针对人和场浅埋隧道穿越 11层居民住宅楼的情况 ,提出了上断面短进尺掘进爆破、下断面深进尺水平孔台阶爆破的开挖方案 ,并将单段最大装药量控制在 9~ 17kg范围内 ,保证了爆破时高楼底层的地表振动速度小于 2cm。掘进爆破实践表明 ,在隧道开挖断面积一定的条件下 ,存在一个合理的单循环进尺 ,其相应的炸药单耗最低 。
In view of shallow tunnel under the Renhechang Square passing through the 11 storey residential buildings , the excavating program is put forward which the tunnel blasting wit short footage in upside section and the horizontal hole bench blastingwith long footage in downside section are carried out. Moreover, the maximum charge per blasting serial is controlled within 9~17 kg, which assures that the ground vibration velocity of the building bottom resulting from tunneling blasting does not exceed 2 cm/s.The practice of tunneling shows that for the given excavation area, there is a reasonable single circle footage which makes both the explosive consumption of fragmenting one stere rock and the number of blasting holes be the least
