摘要
利用新型化学发光试剂MCLA ,通过光学方法 ,并改变激光功率和照射时间研究了低强度He Ne激光照射巨噬细胞对其免疫活性影响 实验结果表明 ,巨噬细胞在适当的激光功率和照射剂量下可大大提高其免疫活性 ,而过大或过小的激光功率或照射剂量则不能激活其免疫活性的显著提高 。
The change of immunocompetence of macrophages after irradiated with low-intensity He-Ne laser was researched by optic method. MCLA was used and laser power and irradiated time were changed in the experiments. Results indicated that proper He-Ne laser irradiation could increase the immunocompetence of macrophages effectively. Unsuitable dose of low-intensity He-Ne laser irradiation will inactive even decrease the immunocompetence of the macrophages.
