摘要
钛矿开采严重污染地表水,并使矿区生态环境普遍退化。为此,应把服务寓于监督管理之中,治理废水,建设生态环境,推广尾矿库造田技术,加强森林植被管理,用经济手段落实污染治理设施及生态环境建设方案。
Mining ilmenite makes serious surface water pollution,and degenerates ecological environment.So we should combine the management and the service to treat drainage from mining,build ecological environment,spread the thchnology of making tailing plnd as field,and enhance the management of the forest.Through economic measures to carry out the treatment planning and the constructive planning of ecological environment.
