摘要
在对水安全概念充分理解的基础上 ,构建了一个具有层次结构的区域水安全评价的指标体系 ,并利用半结构化的决策理论与模糊优选方法对区域水资源持续利用方案进行评价 .最后本文以典型的水资源紧张的宁夏为例进行了研究 。
Based on the sufficiency comprehend of the concept of water safety, the hierarchy evaluation index system was established for water safety. By semi-structure decision theory and fuzzy optimization method the evaluation model for sustainable utilization project of area water resources was established too. As an example, Ningxia region was researched and a satisfied series order was obtained for each project.
