摘要
在一维煤粉燃烧炉台架上采用EPA推荐的Ontario Hydro方法 ,测量了燃烧不同煤种排放的烟气中汞的形态分布情况 .结果表明 ,烟气中汞以颗粒态和气态汞的形式存在 .气态汞总量在 9— 2 3 μg·Nm- 3范围内 ,主要以单质汞的形式存在 ,占气态汞总量的 5 2 %—83 % ,而二价汞占 1 7%— 48% .飞灰中汞的浓度大大超过了底灰中汞的浓度 ,表明汞在飞灰中富集 。
This article discussed and compared different analysis methods of mercury speciation in coal fired flue gas.Experimental study was conducted on unidimensional pulverized coal combustor.Ontario-Hydro method recommended by EPA was applied to determine the mercury speciation in flue gas during combustion of three different coals.The results show that mercury in flue gas exists as vapor phase mercury and particulate mercury.The content of vapor phase mercury is about 9—23 μg·Nm -3 and it consists mainly of Hg 0,the content of Hg 0 is 52%—83%,and Hg 2+ is 17%—48%.The content of mercury in fly ash is far more than that in bottom ash.It suggests that mercury enriches in fly ash and disperses in bottom ash.
