铝电解工业区儿童氟斑牙调查

摘要 目的 了解铝电解工业区儿童氟斑牙患病情况。方法 随机抽取某铝电解工业区2156名8~12岁儿童调查氟斑牙患病情况、尿中氟化物含量,同时进行环境介质中氟化物含量调查。结果 儿童氟斑牙患病率为51.1l%,尿中氟化物含量(1.44±0.96)mg/L。大气、农作物和土壤中氟化物含量均超过相应国家标准值或背景值,而饮用水源为低氟水源(0.065-0.823 mg/L)。结论该铝电解工业区的工业氟污染是儿童氟斑牙流行的主要原因。 Objective To explore the prevalence of dental fluorosis among children in an industrial area of aluminum electrolysis. Methods 2 156 8-12-year old children were selected in a certain industrial area of aluminum electrolysis for investigation of their prevalence of dental fluorosis and the contents of fluoride in urine. At the same time, the contents of fluoride in the environmental media were investigated also.
