摘要
《左传》中载述的饮食活动往往与祭祀、农事、亲私故旧、习射及投壶、使臣行聘、犒师慰军等关系密切,这些饮食活动从不同侧面表现出当时中国饮食文化复杂性、多元性的文化特征。在一些特定的宴饮活动中,人们通过吟诗的方式表情达意,这些在宴饮过程中吟唱的宴饮诗,是中国文化史上独有的现象,是中国饮食文化的重要组成部分。
The dietetic activities recorded in 《Zuo Zhuan》 often have a close relation with sacrificial rites, farm work, arrivals of private relatives or old friends, arrow-shooting, pot-throwing, invitation of envoys, rewarding army and so on. These dietetic activities reflect the complex and pluralistic character of Chinese food culture at the time from different indirect sources. In some specific cases of banquet invitation activities people expressed their emotions and affections by means of reciting poetry, which is the sole phenomenon for Chinese cultural history and is also an important component part of Chinese food culture.
