The impact of floods on relative carrying capacity of economic resources and sustainable development in Anhui Province

水患给安徽经济、社会可持续发展带来很大负面影响;以20世纪90年代两次特大水灾为例,分析了水患对安徽相对经济资源承载力影响,并从人口、资源配置、产业结构、资金等方面提出了可持续发展策略。

This paper analyzes the impact of1990s' two floods on Anhui' s relative carrying capacity of economic resources,which proves that floods do serious harm to Anhui' s economy and society sustainable development.Sustainable development strategies were put forward in respect of population,disposition of resources,industry construction,funds and so on.
