摘要
在分析比较环渤海地区主要的海洋资源,确定河北省海洋资源的比较优势的基础上,提出海洋经济可持续发展的对策。
The scarcity is a character of the resources.In order to achieve the optimum configuration,this thesis provides tactics for the sustainable development of the oceanic economy on the basis of analysing and comparing the oceanic resources in the Bohai Sea Bay Area,and confirming the comparative advantages of Hebei Province' s oceanic resources.
