摘要
对定粒缫丝工程中采用配茧缫丝法缫丝时与生丝纤度波动状态密切相关的茧丝周期丝长进行理论解析。在假定茧丝上的落绪部位分布为任意形式的分布,落绪为稀少现象的条件下,给出茧丝周期丝长分布的解析结果,并证明当落绪部位分布为L型或J型时,茧丝周期丝长分布近似正态分布。讨论了影响分布形态特性的因子。理论结果通过电子计算机模拟试验进行了误差分析并讨论其适用性。
In this paper, we gave a theoretical analysis to the cycle-length of cocoon filament in the raw silk by mixed cocoon reeling, which correlate closely to the size dynamic process in the raw silk reeling with fixed number of cocoons. The distribution of the cycle-length of cocoon filament was obtained on the suppositions that the distribution of the section of dropping end has a discretional form and the dropping ends are very exiguous. It is showed that the distribution of the cycle-length of cocoon filament is a normal distribution, when the section of dropping end has a distribution-form of L-type or J-type. The results are validated by computer simulation test and discussed on its applications.
