淮扬菜有着悠久的历史和深厚的文化底蕴,但近年来没有像川菜、粤菜一样在我国餐饮市场占据领军地位。淮扬菜要在国内和国际开拓市场,必须注重本味,展示精巧的制作工艺,同时要善于借势,共生营销寻求发展。
Huaiyang cuisine has a very long inside historical and cultural information. However, in the recent years it hasn't occupied such a leading post as Sichuan cuisine, Guangdong cuisine have on the food and beverage market. In order to expand domestic and international market, Huaiyang cuisine should pay attention to its original taste and display its exquisite preparation technology, but to seek its own development , it should draw support from other cooking styles and put forward their common marketing strategy at the same time.
