高频退火对针布齿条显微组织的影响

摘要 探讨了高频退火工艺对球化组织的影响以及对针布淬火后组织的影响。研究结果表明 :采用高频快速加热再结晶退火工艺能获得与原材料相似的球化组织和较细的再结晶晶粒 ,经快速加热淬火后的残余碳化物呈细小、弥散状分布 。 Approach is done into the effect of annealing process of hi-frequency induction on the structure of spherical perlite and on the quenching structure of the metallic card clothing, which is quenched subsequently. It shows that annealing by hi-frequency induction for re crystallization can obtain finer crystal grains than heating in the furnace and has the least effect on the spheroid cal perlite structure. There is more fine residual carbide left behind after the flat balnk annealed by hi-frequency induction is quenched. The fine residual carbide spreading uniformly on the substrate is helpful in improving the wear resistance of the MCC.·81··82·
