摘要
针对火电厂常用高温高压螺栓材料25Cr2Mo1V钢常因松弛失效导致脆性断裂事故这一现象,从损伤力学观点出发,结合无损探伤理论,提出用超声波与声发射特性评估火电厂高温高压汽缸连接螺栓松弛损伤失效方法,并使所测损伤参变量实现量化。
High temperature and high pressure bolt material steel-25Cr2Mo1V which is used widely in thermal power station. Due to its loose invalidation, often leads to brittleness fracture accident. Based on harm mechanics and integrated with nondestructive inspection theory. This paer proposes a solution which measure loose invalidation of bolt conjunctted high temperature and high pressure with ultrasonic and sound scatter character of harmed part, and quantitate the extend of damaged.
