摘要
介绍了光电变色器件的发展背景、结构原理以及应用领域。通过制备在光电变色器件中起着重要作用的TiO2 薄膜 ,并对实验数据进行分析 。
The development background?configuration principle and application field of photoelectrochromic device are introduced here. By preparing the TiO 2 thin film which is very important in the photoelectrochromic device and analyzing the experimental data,the preparation feasibility of the photoelectrochromic device is studied.
