文章以经济全球化为背景,着重分析了跨国公司的直接投资活动与产业结构调整之间的关系,认为经济全球化的实质是跨国公司主导的全球产业结构调整过程,我国产业结构的调整应该通过扩大利用跨国公司的直接投资来进行,将我国的产业结构调整和优化溶入全球产业结构调整的过程中。

The paper mainly analyzes the relationship between investment activ it ies of transnational companies and the regulation of industry structure in the b ackground of economy globalization.It argues that the essence of economy globali zation is the process of global industry structure regulation led by transnation al companies.China's industry structure regulation should be carried out by wide r use of the direct investment from transnational company combining its regulati on and optimization into the global industry structure regulation.
