Through expounding Cai Yuanpei's philosophy of culture,the paper explores the basic structure and the intension of advanced Chinese culture.That is to suit the integrated culture of nationality,age and internationality,which promotes the development of social economic modernalization.It is a new socialist culture with both scientific spirit and humanism.
